Shipping costs vary by region, item weight and dimensions. To find out shipping cost for a certain item(s) to your area, please begin the checkout process. After you select an item, enter the checkout, and enter your shipping address, a shipping quote will be provided. You do not need to enter your credit card information for this.

We have one of the shortest delivery times in the industry. Most items are in stock and will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Delivery takes another 3-7 business days. We use UPS for smaller items, and Freight Carriers for larger ones. If the shipping time takes longer than this, you will be contacted by our customer service department with other options. We will send you a tracking number after the items have been shipped.

Most orders will be shipped via common carrier and will be delivered to the customer at a time when the customer is available to accept the items. A bill of laden will be signed by the customer to acknowledge receipt of these items in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check over and visually inspect the merchandise before signing this paperwork. Any damage must be noted on the bill of laden and Furniture2Buy.com must be contacted within 72 hours of the delivery time to receive replacement items. Furniture2Buy.com will only accept non-noted damage claims within 72 hours from the time of delivery. This can be done by phone or email. Furniture2Buy.com will not be responsible and will not accept any claims made outside of these terms.

Ordering and Payment Information.
After placing an order with us you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is in stock, when you should expect the order to arrive, and how to track the status of the order.

Most of our customers pay by credit card and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure server. You can also pay by check. Just call us at 310-515-7140, toll free 1-888-FUR2BUY(387-2289) or send us an e-mail on what you'd like to order. We'll then send you an invoice which you can pay from. We will get your order ready but will ship only after the bank clears your check. Since it takes a couple of days contact to get your order ready to ship, you will not experience a delay if you pay with a check.

If you are located in California we must add 8.25% tax to your order.

Return Policy.
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel it within 48 hours and get a complete refund, or return it for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of your order. This helps us keep our costs lower because of a reduced need for item storage because of cancellations. All returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping. Please e-mail us prior to shipping and we will provide return shipping instructions. Returned items must be shipped to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. The cost of shipping is not refundable and will be deducted from the amount of your refund. All returns must be sent prepaid freight and the freight cost is the responsibility of the customer. 15% restocking fee applies on all returned items.

Delivery Most orders will be shipped via common carrier and delivered by a trucking company contracted by Furniture2buy. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. The shipping company who is obligated to fulfill delivery of your order will contact you by phone prior to delivery to establish an approximate time for you to receive your delivery. We ship only in the Contiguous United States (48 states). Please note that, like any retailer or distributor shipping nationwide, Furniture2buy ships via national and regional parcel, freight and moving companies. Although we use the largest and most well-known carriers, we are not responsible for delays in transit, freight company employee conduct, missed delivery appointments or damages to the customer's premises. Furniture2buy will not accept returns or cancellations due to delays in delivery by transportation companies.

Warranty Information.


We offers a one-year limited warranty on all merchandise we sell. The only exceptions are clearance items or items sold "as is". Warranties are not valid if merchandise has been moved from original delivery address.
