Shipping costs
vary by region, item weight and dimensions. To find out shipping cost for a certain item(s) to your area, please begin the checkout process.
After you select an item, enter the checkout, and enter your shipping
address, a shipping quote will be provided. You do not need to enter your
credit card information for this.

We
have one of the shortest delivery times in the industry. Most items are in stock and will be shipped from our warehouse 2-3 business days after order is process
.Delivery
takes another 2-5 business days after order ships. We
use UPS for smaller items, and Freight Carriers for larger ones. If the shipping time takes longer than this, you will be contacted
by our customer service department with other options. We will send you
a tracking number after the items have been shipped.
If the ship to address is different from the billing address, the ship to address must be on file
with the credit card company before we can process the order. We verify all billing and shipping
addresses with the credit card company before shipping. This may cause a delay in the delivery of
your order.
Delivery
Most orders will be shipped via common carrier and delivered by a trucking company contracted by Furniture2buy.com. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. The shipping company who is obligated to fulfill delivery of your order will contact you by phone prior to delivery to establish an approximate time for you to receive your delivery. We make only Standard Shipping to anywhere in the Contiguous United States (48 states). A bill of lading will be signed by the customer to acknowledge receipt of these items in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check over and visually inspect the boxes before signing this paperwork. Any damage like open holes, rips and scratches on boxes must be noted on delivery receipt.Furniture2Buy.com must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery time to receive replacement items. Furniture2Buy.com will only accept non-noted damage claims within 48 hours from the time of delivery. This can be done by phone or email. Furniture2Buy.com will not be responsible and will not accept any claims made outside of these terms.
PLEASE NOTE that items shipped with a freight carrier will be brought to your home or inside your residence. Driver will only bring boxes to the front of the truck they call this service a curve delivery. Deliveries are to ground floors only. Delivery personnel will not move items inside and will not assemble.
It is your responsibility to arrange for inside delivery.
Please be sure to have 2 or more people there to unload your order.
With some carriers we can arrange an inside delivery for a fee typically around $50, but it depends on your situation and is evaluated on a case by case basis.Please contact us before you place an order.
Ordering and Payment Information.
After
placing an order with us you will receive an email from us confirming
that your order is in stock, when you should expect the order to
arrive, and how to track the status of the order.
Most
of our customers pay by credit card and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover through our secure server. You can also pay by check. Just call us at 310-515-7140, toll free 1-888-FUR2BUY(387-2289) or send us an e-mail on what you'd like to order. We'll then send
you an invoice which you can pay from. We will get your order ready but
will ship only after the bank clears your check. You will experience a delay if you
pay with a check.

you are located in California we must add 8.25% tax to your order.
Return Policy.
We are
confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are
not satisfied, you may cancel it within 48 hours of date of order and get a complete
refund, or return it for a refund within 30 days of the receipt
of your order. This helps us keep our costs lower because of a reduced
need for item storage because of cancellations. All returns must
be authorized by us prior to shipping. Please e-mail us prior to
shipping and we will provide return shipping instructions. Returned
items must be shipped to us in their original condition and packaging
within 30 days of receipt. The cost of shipping is not refundable
and will be deducted from the amount of your refund. All returns
must be sent prepaid freight and the freight cost is the responsibility
of the customer. 15% restocking fee applies on all returned items.
Warranty Information.
We offers
a one-year limited warranty on all merchandise we sell. The only
exceptions are clearance items or items sold "as is".
Warranties are not valid if merchandise has been moved from original
delivery address.
